Thank you for the organization of our trip to India this summer. We have
to point out that in general everything was organaized on the high level.
In every city or town we were met by the drivers and representatives
without any delay and immediately transferred to the booked hotels. The
drivers or guides were never late.
As regards the guides, we would like to note that most of them were ok.
Particularly we would like to sort out two guides - one in Jaipur and
another in Bangalore. The services provided by those two were excellent.
On the other hand, the guide in Ajmer and Pushkar was unacceptable by all
means.
A couple of words concerning the cars. In view of the high temperatures
during this season, the cars could have more powerful A/C. Cars in New
Delhi and Bangalore were ok, but in the rest of the towns - with poor A/C.
It is a big disadvantage during the summer season.

Holiday was wonderful.
I would advise anyone travelling from Agra to Jaipur to fly. The road is a nightmare and a very long and tiring journey.
Full marks to our driver. Sorry misplaced his name. He was brilliant and went out of his way to accommodate us. What a nice person.Hotels were fantastic except Taj President Mumbai. It definitely needs an upgrade and a couple of stars taken off.The car sent to collect us from the Taj President to the airport was only a hatch back and could not accommodate us and luggage. We had to travel with a case on the back seat with us and baggage on our laps.
Once again thank you very much and hope to use your services again in the future.

Sorry for this delayed appreciation note. I want to say thank you very much. My family enjoyed the trip.The tempo traveller was great as there was enough room to move about, especially for my son, and more than enough space for the luggage. Both Mr Vijay Singh and Rohit were good companions on the journey. The places in India are as incredible as they are described on the advertisements that we watch on tv. The sad thing is that some of my family and even I feel sick as soon as we touched down back home. But we are all well now. One other thing, an album containing photographs taken at Taj mahal was left behind at the hotel in Agra, Clark Siraj. We did get in touch with someone from the hotel who said that the album was there. We tried to get it beack through another Singaporean family who was heading to Agra but the hotel staff told them that they were not aware of it. If you check it out for me, I would really appreciate the effort.
Do keep me informed if you get any inform on the album.Thanks again Vishwa. Maybe I will meet you the next time.

I would be remiss if I did not thank you for helping my wife and I put
together our Golden Triangle tour in late January. The trip was superb
(with one exception I will note below) and I will recommend that my
friends work with your company when they visit India. The stay at the palace-fort at Neemrana was very special. Thank you for
suggesting it.
The exception I mentioned above is an important one, though. The Marina
Hotel in Dehli simply is sub-standard. We nearly refused to stay in the
very dirty room we were given. I strongly recommend that you do not put
any clients in this hotel. It does not come close to matching the
accommodations provided at the other stops on the tour.

Tour Guides
The tour guide in Jaipur was excellent, very informative -knew his history about India as well as Jaipur. I would recommend that tour sides not take us to see carpet, marble , gold, silver or any thing on emporium shops that were not requested.
Driver
Our driver was very good and drove extremely carefully all the time. Found alternative transport when we were stuck in a flood(Monsoon). The Driver always put the customer first.
Accomodation
The 'Le Meridian ' was fantastic , but a little far away from city. But a lovely hotel (The Best). The 'ManSingh Hotel' in Agra was a nice hotel to stay in. The Grand Sataj was not a hotel , I would recommend , however the staff were extremely polite and helpfull.
Get Travel
Vijay was extremely accomodating to all our needs , exceeding our expectations also helped with a dentist appointment flexiable and always contactable. I would be more than happy to recommend Gets travel-excellent value for money

Thank you for arranging such an excellent tour for me, the driver is very reliable, the tour guide at Jaipur and Varanasi are very knowledgeable, and the hotels at Jaipur and Agra are wonderful, the only improvement I can think of is entertainment, there are no shows such as traditional India dancing, singing shows.

we arrived safely on sat 5th of aug.
The trip organisation by your self was excellent !. the hotels were acceptable except the room in the new annex at jaipur house in Mt abu which was damp, smelly and bed full of bugs which found nisha very sweet ! however on complaining we were moved to the main house where the conditions were good. The quality of the cars and the drivers were excellent. The drivers were helpfull, responsible, respectfull and i could not fault them at all (ajay, singh and prakash) please give them our best wishes when you next speak to them and pass on this message to your travel department
The guides provided were good. They knew their material well ( i tested them !!), they were very helpfull, knowledgeable and full of advice when asked. they were prepared to accept their limitation when not sure and honest enough to acnowledge the fact.
All in all, the trip was very good, made memmorable by the experiences gained. We would certainly be visiting again .
i would like to take this oppertunity to thank you personally for putting up with my requests, changes to itinary,getting you to make hotel bookings at last minute and being a general nuisance !!
You certainly have been calm and patient and helpfull ! trully a sister to a stranger in your world. It was a pity we could not meet up, perhaps next time !

I'm writing to thank your company for making our stay in India very
enjoyable, memorable and hassle free. From the moment we were met by our
driver, Ajay, at the airport, to the time he dropped us off 5 days later,
we had a great time.
The English speaking guides provided were all good. I'd like to give
particular thanks to Iqbal in Agra who was very friendly, knowledgeable and
fun.
Ajay was great and the car was clean and comfortable - thank heavens for
the air conditioning! The hotels were also everything we expected and the
Meridian in Jaipur was truly first class. We were surprised though, that
on the last night we had been pre-booked (and paid) at a Japanese/Chinese
restaurant. We are great fans of Indian food (one of the reasons for our
visit) so for our last night in Delhi we were anticipating a good authentic
curry. Hence we chose to forego the prepaid meal and pay additionally for
an Indian meal. Ajay was great in identifying an excellent alternate
restaurant and getting us there before it closed so we were happy for that,
but you may like to confirm with guests on restaurant type preference
before pre-paying for meals in future. All in all we had a fantastic time
in India. I hope that we will have the opportunity to return to India
sometime in the future and in the meantime I have no hesitation in
recommending your company to our friends.

A friend and I organised a trip with you in mid May and I wanted to give you some feed back on this. I do understand it was at quite short notice and a brief trip around a few sites and while much of it was great there were a few things we felt could have been better.
1) We would have preferred to have had an itinerary provided so we had a guide to what we were doing. Also it would have been helpful to have had it explained to us that while we were proved with a guide in each main centre (Delhi, Jaipur and Agra), the guide wouldnt be travelling with us and a different one was at each centre.
2) The guides. We had three different guides. Our first guide was good as was our second, altho both of them were unsure of where to take us it seemed..again this is where us (and them) having an itinerary would have helped. However our third guide in Agra was very much of a low standard and we were both dissapointed with him. He showed us around the Taj Mahal and did expalin some of the history behind it well. However other than this he seemed very uninterested showing us around and it seemed to us like he couldn't wait to get rid of us. He didn't seem very interested in showing us any more of the city and continually asked whether we were ready to leave yet so he could go home. I am aware this maybe due to cultural differences but if we are paying for someone to show us around your gorgeous country we thought a bit more interest would have been nice.
On more positive things our driver Mr Singh was brilliant and made our trip much more enjoyable. He was very courteous and helpful when ever we wanted/enquired about anything. We would like to thank him again. The accomodation was also very nice. I hope this feedback has been of some use.

It's nice to hear from you. We sent you the link to our tour info to your old email and we were wondering why we had never heard from you. Now it is explained. We are still showing our pictures around. We had such a great time. Things did work almost like a Swiss watch. There were very few inconveniences, and they never lasted very long. The hotels you booked for us were mostly good. Food was fine everywhere and the guides, more often than not, very knowledgeable. I still have to write down the China part. When it's done I'll send it to you. About the pictures I'm sure that if you give John the credit for them he will be happy to let you use some in your website. However, you might need a better resolution and in this case you have to contact him. I found the tour excellent,tour guides were very good and knowledgeable and the car wsa excellent too !!
I would love to travel with you guys when i come again to India.
