The receipt of your deposit and/or final payment will indicate that you have read these Terms and Conditions, and that you have accepted them. The Terms and Conditions below form the basis of the contractual relationship between GeTS Holidays and its clients. It is extremely important that our clients understand and accept these Terms and Conditions.
How to Book: - As soon you are ready to proceed with the reservations and we shall send you our invoice for the 20% of the total tour cost as an advance payment either by Visa, Master Card via our Secure Server or via Telegraphic Transfer to our bank account (details will be provided upon knowing your choice to pay). Balance 80% can even be paid by you upon your arrival on Delhi (unless specified otherwise in certain cases) and can be made using either by Visa, Master Card, Cash or Traveler’s Cheques
Once you submit the advance payment we would keep you updated of your travel arrangements as under mentioned
1. You shall receive an acknowledgement of the payment that we have received.
2. We would send you on every 72 Hours an update of the reservation status and this would continue till all your arrangements are confirmed.
3. Before your 30 Days of arrival we would send you the placard that our representative would hold at the airport so that you can easily trace our representative.
4. Before your 30 Days of arrival we would send a detailed list of all our offices in India where you would be traveling with telephone number, mobile number etc

Amendment - We do not encourage changes in the confirmed arrangements. But if you do need to make amendments in the arrangements already confirmed, we will do all possible to accommodate the changes, depending on the availability of various segments of the tour, for the new requirements. However, the changes will be subject to certain minimum amendment / administration charges.
Cancellation - We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to India, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen. Cancellation must be notified in writing and will take effect the day it is received by GeTS Holidays. The following cancellation charges will apply: -
30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the advance deposited
15 days prior to arrival - 30% of the advance deposited
07 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the advance deposited
48 hours prior to arrival - 50% of the advance deposited
Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND.
General Booking Conditions
Passports and Visas
You are required to ensure that your passport and travel documentation is in order and that you have obtained the necessary visas for your journey. Should you require assistance on this matter we will be pleased to make recommendations.
International and Domestic air bookings
Reconfirmation of flight bookings is the responsibility of the traveler. As tour arrangements may be booked to connect with international and domestic air flights it is your responsibility to keep us updated as to your flight times and numbers.
Travel Insurance
It is a condition of booking one of our tours that the traveler is adequately insured for the full duration of the tour in respect of illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and curtailment. The choice of insurer is the sole discretion of the client.
Amendments to confirmed arrangements
GeTS Holidays offers its clients customized packages of land and / or air services using various suppliers. The price of your travel arrangements is subject to the possibility of changes and surcharges beyond our control and may occur in connection with governmental action, currency exchange rate fluctuation and increases in suppliers' prices. While GeTS Holidays will use its best endeavors to provide all tours as confirmed, reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made with or without notice if deemed necessary or advisable by our experienced staff.

Responsibility
GeTS Holidays shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property in connection with climatic conditions, sea fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond GeTS Holidays control. Neither GeTS Holidays nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.
